Treadstone Surveying is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors (RICS). As a regulated company we provide residential surveys for those looking for peace of mind when purchasing a property. Based in London we provide a fast, high-quality service at competitive rates, and provide surveying services to London and the Home Counties. As a fully independent firm, we can ensure that our advice and expertise is completely impartial. 

The RICS level 3 Building Survey is our most comprehensive survey and provides a detailed report of the property’s construction and condition. We identify any serious defects in need of attention and provide advice on how to deal with the defects and provide costs for rectification works. The level 3 report is ideal for properties in poor condition, substantially altered or extended, older or non-traditional types of construction.

 

The RICS level 2 Homebuyers Report is best suited to conventional properties that are in good condition, as well as flats, maisonettes and bungalows. The report will highlight any defects affecting the property and provide clear advice prior to purchase.

Building Survey

A building survey is our most comprehensive survey and provides a detailed report of the property and its condition. We identify any serious problems in need of attention and provide costs associated with rectification works, an energy assessment of the property is also included.

The Homebuyers Report

The homebuyers report is best suited to conventional properties that are in a reasonable condition. The report will highlight any problems affecting the property, give advice on repairs and maintenance.

Condition Survey

This is the most basic survey we offer and can be used for specific issues which have arisen in existing properties or for newer properties where further advice is not required.

We provide advice on property maintenance, no matter the size of your portfolio. Adept at providing maintenance strategies for individual properties and large portfolios, life cycle costs for buildings and advice on purchasing strategies for residential properties.
