I couldn't fault the speed of service and the detailed analysis of the property. It was easy to understand and would definitely recommend.

Swift, responsive and available to me at all times. I could not rate this team better. As soon as I called, they knew who I was and their customer service support was second to none. In addition, my surveyor Bradley Robinson was fantastic.

From the moment I rang they've been spot on. Harry dealt with my call initially and has been brilliant in dealing with booking and rebooking my survey due to house sale falling through time and again. His advice and guidance was very reassuring and honest.

The survey itself was carried out by Brad who was kind enough to ring me ahead of it being done to go through things I wanted double checking. He also suggested things himself I hadn't thought of.

His survey was very thorough and he rang me straight after to give me an overview to get ahead of the game if I needed. We had a few queries about some of the things flagged in the survey and Brad was more than happy to take a call to go through our questions in detail. And again, he was great with advice and very reassuring.
